Dr Phillip Karber is arguably the best informed non-government American researcher on current and prospective developments in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. In this seminar, Dr Karber will deliver a highly-illustrated presentation that will draw extensively on the research results he has developed in partnership with his post-graduate students, his extensive travels in China, his detailed analyses of satellite and other imagery and his high-level contacts with officials and other experts in the field.
