PROGRAM 

The Congress will equip junior policymakers, across a range of government portfolios, with the tools and information needed to contribute to the on-going discussion about deterrence and countering coercion in an era of heightened strategic competition.

Early to mid-Career members of the national security community, those currently studying in the field and those who aspire to join the community.

The Congress operates strictly under the Chatham House Rule.  Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of speakers, nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

Non-members:  $550.00

F/T Students (civilian)    $250.00 (limited)

Costs include all meals, accommodation onsite and course materials.

Linen packs available for $30.00.  


Accommodation is shared student accommodation – it is basic but comfortable.
