Special General Meeting

Members of the Institute for Regional Security

Under Section 10.1 of the Constitution of the Institute for Regional Security, notice is given of a special general meeting to consider and pass resolutions to amend the Constitution of the Institute, and to adopt the amended Constitution. Details of the meeting are provided above. Copies of the current Constitution and of the proposed revised Constitution accompany this notice.

The changes proposed to the existing Constitution and incorporated in the revised Constitution are set down as individual resolutions in the attached Resolutions document. A final Resolution, for the adoption of the revised Constitution as amended, is also included for certainty.

No other business will be conducted than the proposed revisions of the Constitution.
