Kristi M. Rogers has over 23 years’ experience in strategic business development, program management, corporate leadership, crisis communications and executive-level problem solving, as well as senior executive service in the federal government and in the defense and homeland security sectors.

Ms. Rogers presently serves on the Board for Aspen Medical International (AMI) and was most recently AMI’s (previously Aspen Healthcare Services) Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer as well as a co-founder of the company.  Prior to joining Aspen, Ms. Rogers was a member of the Washington office of Manatt, Phelps, and Phillips where she provided strategic counsel and guidance to multiple clients across a variety of sectors.

Ms. Rogers also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Qualys Inc. and is the co-founder of Principal to Principal, a CEO membership based forum that engages with key Members of Congress and the Executive branch in small, bi-partisan and bi-cameral issue oriented discussions.  Additionally, Kristi is the founder and chair of the Women in National Security group within BENS (Business Executives for National Security).

Previously, Ms. Rogers was President and CEO of Aegis LLC, a leading risk management and security company. She assisted the London-based Aegis Group in establishing Aegis LLC to provide government and corporate clients with a full spectrum of intelligence-led and culturally sensitive security solutions to operational and development challenges around the world.

Kristi’s strategic advice and counsel are regularly sought on issues relating to strategic communications, security-sector reform and the role of business in complex and dynamic environments, including markets emerging from conflict.

Kristi is also President of the Michigan State Society.
